Chicago Street Medicine worked with local wound care specialists to create a set of community wound care guides for outreach organizations. The graphic below is intended to be distributed to patients who are seen by street medicine groups and can benefit from wound care education. The PDFs offer community wound care guidelines for street medicine and outreach volunteers/workers.
